Weights felt really good today. Even 225 felt easier than I remember. I won’t say easy, but I know I could have pulled heavier. But I still haven’t dropped the coin for more plates.

I decided to squeeze in my workout while dinner is in the oven. Hopefully it doesn’t burn, but I feel so much better when I workout regularly.

I started warming up at about 4:15 and I got done about 4:55PM. I had to check dinner once, but the goal was to eat about 5PM so we could have everything cleaned up before leaving for Tae Kwan Do.

In order to progress, you have to do whatever you’re trying to improve. Sometimes you can’t wait for the perfect timing. You just need to grab the time that’s available.

Do hard stuff. Live better.
