135 – 145 – 155F – 145 – 135

I know I have gotten 156 before, but today I just didn’t have it. I wanted to stop after I missed 155, but I’m glad I stuck it out. My legs could have handled more weight, but my form wsa breaking down and I was drifting forward.

Looking forward to hitting the trails this weekend. Hopefully I don’t get hurt.
