About Jake Woldstad

Jake Woldstad sitting by a waterfallI live in rural Wisconsin with my wife, Brandy, and two children. I spent many years focused on providing financially for my family, and was shocked when I realized the toll it had taken on my body and health.

After being too heavy to participate in a ride-along program with a medical helicopter, I realized I needed to improve my fitness. Over the course of four months, I lost over 25 pounds and was able to ride with the medical helicopter.

Through losing the weight for the ride-along, I realized many other options were now available to me I wouldn’t have been confident trying prior.

I’m not perfect, and I don’t believe in deprivation. I exercise regularly, I eat pretty well. There are times I don’t work out for a week or more. I eat ice cream every chance I get, so I limit my chances. I drink good beer and I eat good food.

My body is healthier, fitter and stronger than at any point in my life up till now. I get to try new things, play with my kids and create memories with friends and family.

I love experiencing new things. Whether I’m trying something new with friends or trying to catch up with my son’s mountain bike, challenging my body has opened opportunities I hadn’t expected. Join me.

Challenge your body. Change your life.
