Just Relax . . .

And I realized it’s a lesson that would have helped my snowboarding way back in high school. And it would help just about every area of my life, if I could apply it.

    Almost every insight you shared were thoughts I used this evening while I worked on a Yoga routine. I was able to complete the entire routine, because I had thought these thoughts before I began. Listening to you was confirmation that I was doing the right thing.

      Thanks. I struggle with wanting to do everything perfect and that tends to make things not work out right. I’m trying to be better about just doing it and doing my best while letting things happen.
